We are using two different ways of delivering your photos:
1. If you have ordered printed photos (On premium photo paper, canvas or any other print medium) your order will be sent by Bpost. You will receive an email as soon as your order gets sent.
2. If you ordered digital photos you can download them directly from the website. In case you need high resolution copies of the photos (Original files) you will need to contact us separately after the purchase - best by email.
For any other questions you may always send an email to email@example.com
Each printed photo is edited and gets printed especially for your order. We do not refund any orders - neither printed nor digital orders. If you did not receive the order or if the products quality is insufficient (damaged, poor quality print, etc.) we ask to send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can correct the product/delivery.
Please take a photo of the damaged goods and attach them to the email.
The retour has to be announced within 48 hours after receipt. Older orders won't be accepted for retour.
